About Another Furry Con

Welcome to Another Furry Con (AFC) - an annual furry convention in Southern California. Our convention brings together furries, artists, cosplayers, and enthusiasts for a weekend filled with fun, friendship, and community.

Our Mission

Another Furry Con is a non-profit event by Furry Universal Representation of Education, Arts, and Literature (F.U.R.E.A.L.), a California public charity organization dedicated to creating a welcoming, inclusive space where fans of anthropomorphic characters can connect, collaborate, and showcase their talents. We believe in embracing diversity, nurturing new friendships, and giving back to the community through charity and education.

What We Offer

Programming & Panels: Learn from peers, share ideas, experience performances from furry musicians, and explore new creative avenues through a wide range of panels, workshops, and roundtable discussions—covering everything from costume construction to story writing.

Artist Alley: Discover original artwork, commissions, and creative merchandise from talented artists across the furry fandom. Support small businesses and commission personalized pieces of your own.

Dealer's Den: Find the latest in furry wear, books, posters, stickers, badges, collectables, fursuit parts, and fan-created products from passionate vendors. Whether looking for the perfect plushie or a one-of-a-kind fursuit, the Dealer's Den has something for everyone.

Dances: Get ready to hit the dance floor! Our high-energy nightly dances feature live DJs, dazzling light shows, and a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Meetups: With social gatherings, gaming tournaments, and meetups for every interest, you'll never run out of ways to make friends who share your hobbies or simply align with your favourite species.

Charity & Giving Back: We partner with local and national charities to help make a positive impact on our communities. Proceeds from special events and fundraising activities benefit these organizations—allowing us all to support good causes while having a great time.

Anyone who is curious about or new to the fandom and/or has a longtime passion for anthropomorphic art, costume design, storytelling, role-playing, or simply an interest in cartoon animals will find a welcoming environment and home at Another Furry Con. Whether you're a seasoned con-goer or a first-time attendee, we invite you to join our furry family!

Our next convention, Another Furry Con 2025, will take place September 19-21, 2025, at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California, allowing for over 250,000 sq. ft. of endless fun, activities, panels, games, and much more throughout the weekend. Come be part of a growing community that celebrates creativity, inclusion, and the many forms of self-expression that thrive within the furry fandom.
