Our Charity for AFC 2025
We are proud to announce our charity for 2025: Pomona Valley Pride.

Pomona Valley Pride, founded in 2019, provides resources that celebrate, nurture, and empower the LGBTQIA+ communities, our friends, and neighbors in the Pomona Valley. Another Furry Con helps raise money for a selected charity each year, and we are excited to assist Pomona Valley Pride with its mission to provide resources and programs geared toward youth and young adults. Their team works with local schools and staffs the pride center building located in Pomona to provide workshops on mental health, community, arts and crafts, leadership skills, communication development, and mentorship. There are also assistance programs such as a Gender Neutral Closet that provides free clothing, a Basic Needs Pantry, and CalFresh application assistance.
Help AFC give back to the local community by supporting our charity during the convention!

Mario Kart 8 Tournament Charity Fundraiser in Video Gaming Area
Saturday 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
This event is hosted by the Charity and Gaming Departments. Our goal is to bring furs together in a silly way to help raise funds for Pomona Valley Pride (PVP). All proceeds will be donated directly to PVP. During the races the audience has the opportunity to "sabotage" the players all at once. Each sabotage event will be activated with donation goals are reached. The sabotage will be inflicted on the players at the beginning of each race. Sabotage events include but are not limited to, standing on one leg the entire race, doing the chicken dance after each lap completed, and yelling "uwu" after each lap completed. Sign up online or at the gaming staff desk.
