Panel Submission Are CLOSED

Welcome Adventufurs to one of the best things Adventuring has to offer - Events and Meet-Ups! Are you an Adventufur with something Educational to offer? Maybe a Workshop, or even a Meet-Up? If so, we're looking for you! Another Furry Con: Fantasy Adventufurs is pleased to open panel submissions for all AFC badge attendees.


Types of Panels:

AFC believes in being an inclusive convention and that means having a little something for Attendees of all ages. Our panel types include the following:

Kids Track - Panels aimed towards the younger audience and swears are not allowed.

All Ages Panel - Panels rated up to PG-13 with swears kept at a minimum.

Adult Panel (18+) - Panels geared towards a mature audience, valid ID required.

AFC Panel Rules:

Approval: Each panel will undergo a review by AFC and will be approved or denied. Panelists who submit an application will be notified of their approval or denial.

Requests: Panelist must submit any requests for assistance, beforehand. We will do our best to accommodate requests made.

Proficiency: To conduct an Educational panel relating to Psychology, Finance, or other Professional topics, AFC may request a proficiency interview or demonstration with Panelist on the topic before approving the submission.

Compensation: Panelist may not charge Attendees money for any panels, sell items, or require payment for supplies. If supplies are requested, it must be stated in the application for approval.

Consumables: Attendees may not pass out food, drinks, or snacks during panels. This includes, but is not limited to candy, chips/pretzels, pocky, ramen, water/soda, tea/coffee, etc..

Age Requirement: Panelist must be 18+ years of age on the day the panel application is submitted. If under 18 years of age, the submitter must have a parent or legal guardian fill out/submit the application on their behalf and state that a Minor will be hosting the panel, along with their badge name. 
Note: No one under 18 years of age on the day of the panel will be allowed to host or attend any 18+ panels.
