Selection Process:
To help make the Merchants Guild great for Attendees and Vendors, we are looking for a variety of vendors and the quality of products. For this, our process will be a jury followed by a lottery selection, not a first-come, first-serve. To create fairness for everyone, every vendor approved by the jury will be placed into a lottery system and chosen at random until we fill up each category. With that in mind, feel free to take your time with the application as everyone will be reviewed equally.
Fandom Reputation:
Another part of the AFC selection process includes fandom history. AFC may deny an application if a Vendor has a history of negative behavior, either online or in person. This includes but is not limited to, failing to deliver commissions, legitimate buyer bewares, etc.
